100 gr of dates release around 280 kcal and provide about 680 mg of potassium, surpassing banana and orange, fruits relatively rich in potassium. The same portion (100 gr) guarantees 15% of recommended nutritional intake of iron and vitamin B6, as well as 7 gr of fiber, or nearly 20% of the total recommended in the day.
Rich in potassium, iron and fluorine, it is fully loaded with many vitamins and minerals.
